I love new things!
Since I wanted to start a family hike and nature trail meet-up, I thought having a blog to go with it would be rather nifty.
Let me know if you would be interested in going on one (or more!) of the hikes, and what day/time would be good. Right now, I am thinking maybe Wednesday or Thursday at around 11AM.
Also, any ideas on where to go would be appreciated! I’m way out of the hiking loop. I don’t know what places are good or bad. So far, I have these places on my list:
- Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge
- Cannon Trail in Forest Park
- Hoyt Arboretum
- Latourell Falls
- Japanese Gardens
- Jackson Bottom
I’ll try and post a schedule coming up here soon. I would love to start this up next week!
Thursdays are better for me, cuz on wednesday I take Scarlett to the library for story time.

yay! nak so not looking myself, but check out outdoor dads. they list their hikes. I’ll find it for you if you can’t.
